Three very friendly co-flatmates will welcome you when you settle in our comfortable flat where one room will become available in mid-January. There is a well-equipped kitchen, two bathrooms and of course wifi. The area is close to the many attractions of Stoke Newington and to public transport.
The minimum stay for a new tenant will be three months but the contract may be extended in mutual agreement.
The rent is £625 plus a share of utility bills.
