I’m renting out my lovely room in our spacious, three-story home on Osbaldeston Road while I’m away this winter. The room is available from January 12th to February 20th, 2026.
The House: The house is spread across three floors with plenty of space and character. We are perfectly situated right between Stoke Newington and Clapton, giving you the best of both worlds.
Transport: 10-minute walk to Stoke Newington Overground / 15-minute walk to Clapton Station.
Area: Amazing pubs, cafes, and parks (Abney Park and Springfield Park) are all within walking distance.
The Housemates: You’ll be sharing with two lovely housemates:
Adam (32): The live-in landlord and a good friend. He works nearby at New River Studios and is very easy-going.
Lucy (30): She will be travelling quite a bit during this period, but a lovely friend and also v easy going when you do get to see her!
Rent: £1,000 for the full month (pro-rata for the extra week) with all bills included.
