Double room to rent in Stoke Newington flat

Hello!

I am looking for a flatmate in this cute 2 bed flat - the flat comes furnished completely but the room is unfurnished (you’ll need your own bed). The flat has so much light, a fireplace for when it’s cold, and a balcony for when it’s hot. The flat comes with two very well-behaved cats (I’ll send pics with or without being requested). Flat comes with projector and speakers so the shared living room is a great place to chill as well, or host. The room has a built in wardrobe with a tonne of space, there’s also lots of other storage spots across the flat. The picture shows the room with loads of stuff in it but obvs will be empty.

Transport: 10 min walk from Stoke Newington, 106 bus right outside the house goes to Finsbury Park (8mins)

Bills: WiFi, council tax, gas and electric coming to about £200 a month

About me: I’m 34, working in the office 3 days a week. Fairly sociable and love a chat but also enjoy my own company when needed. Looking for someone with a similar vibe, not just a lodger!
