A lovely large and bright bedroom available for rent in Upper Clapton from 19th Feb - exact move-in date to be confirmed with existing flatmate (ideally 14th/15th Feb weekend).

My friend is moving out of our beautiful flat we’ve shared for a few years. The flat is simple and homely, it comprises of a kitchen, bathroom, 2 bedrooms and a small ‘snug’ with a sofa bed and we’ve also got a hallway storage cupboard.

I am looking for a warm, friendly and relaxed female housemate of a similar age. I’m 33 and work in communications, working from home three to four days a week. I enjoy travelling, gym classes, coffees in the park and trying new restaurants and bakeries.
