The Flat:

In a beautiful and quiet gated Victorian development in Stoke Newington.
I renovated the flat recently, so am keen to keep it nice.
Smallish flat, but feels bright and spacious with high ceilings.
The bathroom is located off the kitchen.
There is an outdoor semi-covered ‘balcony’
Storage availability is limited to the room, a few cupboards in the kitchen and space in the separate boiler room.

The Housemate:

Me, the owner.
I'm an Architect but recently created a startup.
I'm quite active, lots of football, cycling, running and tennis.

You:

Ideally a warm person, up for sharing my home and becoming a friend. Someone calm, clean and tidy is a must.
