The Housemate:
Me, the owner. I'm a 35 year old guy.
For work I'm an Architect but recently created a startup in something adjacent.
I play a lot of football and occasionally tennis / padel. I cycle everywhere and can usually be found somewhere in Hackney.

You:
Ideally warm and positive and up for sharing my home and becoming a friend. Someone respectful, calm, clean and tidy.

The Flat:
In a beautiful gated Victorian development in Stoke Newington.
I renovated the flat recently, so am keen to keep it nice.
It’s a smallish flat but feels bright and spacious with high ceilings.
There is a kitchen / dining room and nice comfortable living room.
The bathroom is located off the kitchen.
There is an outdoor semi-covered ‘balcony’
Storage is limited to the room and a few high level cupboards in the kitchen.

The Bedroom:
Fully furnished, including:
Japanese Double platform bed with a pull out storage drawer underneath
New double mattress
Clothes hanging rail
Small side storage unit (yellow) that is perfect for shoes.
Desk / shelves / cabinet with added hanging space.
Mirror
Japanese paper style blind - not blackout.

Living:
I prefer to share things and split household costs.
Cooking + eating together preferred if timelines align.

Other:
1 month notice, each way
Bills included in rent
Dishwasher
Washing Machine (in separate boiler room by front door)
No tumble dryer
No bathtub
External cycle storage outside (third floor)
