Small double bedroom in a nice 2-bedroom flat

I’m looking for someone who’s respectful and shares my calm, minimal, clean and tidy way of living.
It’s a smallish flat, so it’s hard to avoid each other. I’m looking for someone who is likely to become a friend.

The Flat:
In a beautiful gated Victorian development in the heart of Stoke Newington.
I renovated the flat recently and have got it the way I like it, so I’m looking for someone who is happy to slot into that.
It’s a smallish flat but feels surprisingly bright and spacious.
There is a kitchen / dining room and nice comfortable living room.
The bathroom is located off the kitchen - shower only.
There is an outdoor ‘balcony’.
Storage is limited.

The Bedroom:
Smallish but cosy
Will fully furnish, including:
Low Japanese Double bed with drawer storage under
Double mattress
Small side storage unit
Desk and shelving unit
Small clothes hanging rail - will buy
Space for hanging 3 small pictures - no screws / nails / drilling into walls.
Japanese paper style blind - works for privacy, not blackout.

Living:
Kitchen appliances are welcome, but I’d rather not duplicate.
Sharing things + household costs and cooking + eating together preferred.

Other:
1 month notice, each way
Bills included in rent
Dishwasher
Washing Machine
No tumble dryer
No bathtub
No bikes inside
No couples
No babies
No dogs
Potentially a cat, if indoors - no cat flap.
A cleaner comes twice a month to do the whole place, which we’d split the cost of
