Double bedroom in cosy Stoke Newington Flat

Our current flatmate is moving out, so we’re looking for a new flatmate to rent a small room in our cosy 3-bedroom flat in Stoke Newington from 1st February.

The flat is just off Church Street, a few minutes’ walk from Clissold Park. It has a large living/dining room, a balcony overlooking the park and St Mary’s Church steeple, a fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom with bath and shower, and a separate toilet (very handy in the mornings!). The flat is fully furnished and well equipped.

The bedroom is small and furnished with a clothes rail, small set of drawers, shelving and two small cupboards. The bed is an ottoman bed with plenty of storage underneath.

You’ll be sharing with a Brit and an Aussie. I work with a theatre company in Schools and Katherine works in a Special Needs School. We’re friendly and relaxed, enjoy watching films or a series together, the odd glass of wine, arts and crafts, visiting local Stokey pubs and Clissold Park, while also respecting each other’s space and quiet time.

Transport links:
Stoke Newington Overground is about a 10–12 minute walk, with direct trains to Liverpool Street. There are also great bus links on Church Street, with easy access to Dalston, Hackney, Angel and central London.

Bills are separate from the monthly rent and come to just over £100 per month.
