Big bright double room available Stoke Newington

Hello! We are looking for a third housemate to join us in our lovely flat. It has been recently developed (only one set of occupants previous to us), is bright, very warm and the location is great (5 minutes to church street) on a very quiet street.
About us! You’d be living with Tom, I’m 39 and a behaviour advisor and therapist for schools in Hackney. I’m very chilled, and I like people! My work keeps me very busy so I’m out a lot, when I’m home I like to chat, cook and have a laugh. Claire is 32 and is a scientist, again her work keeps her very busy but we enjoy similar things and hanging out as and when possible. We lived together previously to moving here in December, so the dynamic is relaxed and easy, and we enjoy a peaceful atmosphere when we’re at home. We are both social and outgoing but also enjoy our own space, and recognise when others need the same!
We would like someone with positive and relaxed energy to join us, we’re not party people any more but still enjoy going out and socialising. The room has furniture but can be removed by the landlord if you have your own. The landlord lives 2 doors down and is kind, reliable and very present! Also curtains are being fitted to the living room and your room in the next week or so!
