Bright double bedroom with garden

Looking for someone to take over my bright and cozy bedroom with floor to ceiling windows and private exit to the garden!

The move in date is flexible as I’m moving into my boyfriend’s flat, earliest 8th February and ideally no later than the beginning of March.

The room is located in a four bed two bath flat with a big kitchen living room and a garden accessible from both the living room and the bedroom. It’s a 5 min walk from Rectory Road overground, 15 min walk to Dalston Kingsland, and good bus connections from a stop 2 min down the road. Whilst the flat is situated on a busy street with lots of great cafes, pubs and shops, the room is at the back of the building, meaning you’re guaranteed a nice, quiet sleep!

You’ll be sharing with three other girls, Kels, Elliot and Charlotte, all in their late 20s/early 30s, who work full time with a few days wfh every week. There’s space for a small desk in the bedroom if needed, but it’s a chill flat so you’re also fine to work from the kitchen table which is what I’ve been doing.

The girls would love someone similar age who works Monday - Friday, and who’s keen to hang out over a coffee, dinner, or a movie at home now and then. We’re all social and like to hang out, but equally for our own things going on outside of the flag which makes for a good balance.

I’ve been in the flat for almost four years, and have been super happy with the location, landlord, flatmates and room.

Some practical details below:

- Rent: £890 (paid on the 10th every month)
- Deposit: £785
- Bills: £85-90 per person each month (depending on the season) for gas and electric, water, wifi and council tax
- The contract will be updated with your name when you move in
- ⁠The room comes with the bed and a mattress
