Cosy double room in Stokey (close to Dalston)✨🪩

Hi everyone!!

Popping a post here as we have a furnished room becoming available in Stoke Newington (bordering Dalston) for £750 + bills (roughly £80) as our lovely housemate is leaving for Australia☀️

We are a house of 6 (including whoever is moving in) and all aged between 23 & 26. It’s a sociable house and we are all good friends but also have our own lives too. We often watch films, chat in the kitchen and go out together, (with the odd party for special occasions) but we aren’t a crazy party house despite people often have friends over.

The bedroom is a cosy double and we have a large kitchen diner and seperate lounge as well as the garden. We are living here now but will be applying for a new tenancy starting Feb 17th, so we’re hoping to find someone to reapply with soon so we have a full group. If our application is successful the incoming tenant may be able to move in a little earlier.

Our group consists of three guys, two girls (+whoever will be moving in), and interests range from yoga, travelling, music, running, art & films. We all work in different sectors from hospitality, finance, engineering and music- everyone is on different schedules so it never feels too busy! Ideally we’re looking for someone within a similar age range but are open if it’s the right person :))

The area couldn’t be better- our road is quiet, neighbours are lovely and the location is a perfect balance between being in leafy, peaceful Stoke Newington, whilst having great access to 24/7 busses just across the road, 2 stations a 10/15 min walk away (Dalston Kingsland & Junction) and @ close to shops (Aldi, Iceland, Sainsbury’s, M&S, Coop), clubs & bars.
