Room Available in 3 Bed N16 Victorian House

Hi!

We are looking for a new flatmate for our 3-bed Victorian terraced house in Stoke Newington.

The house is a charming property with inviting period features. You’ll be sharing with two great housemates — Lisa working in architecture, and myself working in fashion. We are generally chilled and peaceful people. We are considerate and clean flatmates, who respect each other's space. We both have our lives going in London, but like to have a good chat after long day

The Room:
Bright double-room with some storage and a big window. The house has a basement with plenty of storage to make up for it though. (The pictures are from our landlord, which is why there is a couch, but there is a double bed with underbed storage :) images of the current bedroom will be added on Tuesday). Just a note that the boiler is located in the room, which has been replaced recently so there shouldn't be any issues!

The House:
• Spacious living room and kitchen
• Bathroom with bath and shower
• Separate study/workspace
• Little garden (great for summer evenings!)

• Plenty of storage (we have large basement)
• Cleaner comes once a week (included in rent)
• Council Tax Band D

Location:
We’re in Stoke Newington, a vibrant neighbourhood known for its independent shops (the lovely Church Street), cafes, and green spaces like Clissold Park. Excellent bus links and the house is 2 mins from Stoke Newington Overground station.
