Double room for rent available in Stoke Newington in all-female house share, living with a small cat.

Rent is £850 per month, for single occupancy only.

The Room:

The room is a large bedroom, situated on the first floor of of the building, at the back of the property. Furniture can be bought from the previous tenant (bed+wardrobe_drawers)

The Flat:

The flat occupies the first floor and upwards (split over four levels) of a converted Victorian house with original period features. Each bedroom is located on its own floor so you never feel like you’re encroaching on anyone else’s space. The house is located on a tree lined street 4 mins walk to Stoke Newington station and Abney Park, with Church Street only a couple of minutes further. There is a huge lounge at the front of the house with sash windows, dining table, sofas, and TV. There are bike racks on the drive as well, set back from the road.

Bathroom:

The toilet/shower room is shared with just one other housemate as there’s another bathroom located on the floor below that the other two housemates use. Please note there is no bath.

The housemates:

We are Ania, Rosey and Victoria. Rosey is a fashion buyer, Ania is a lecturer and Victoria is a fine artist.

We are tidy and respectful, and get on well but also enjoy our own space and independent lives.

You:

We would like a housemate who is friendly, chilled but also responsible and respectful. We're not uptight, but we clean up after ourselves and keep the house looking lovely and would like to find someone who will do the same. This is very much a home for us and we would love a housemate who is up for hanging out in the lounge, sharing some cooking but also enjoys their own space too.

Bills:

The bills average is around £90 each per month (council tax, internet, tv licence, gas & electric) and then water is included in the rent.
