We live in a spacious and cozy four-bed home above a picture framer, one of our friends is moving on to a new adventure, so we’re looking for someone to join our home and become part of our household.

About the Room:
We have one double room available— on the second floor next to our living room (£755, or around £875 incl. bills). This room gets lovely morning light, is bright throughout the day and overlooks the rear gardens. The rooms comes unfurnished and can comfortably fit a large bed, a desk, a dresser plus storage spaces, giving you the flexibility to make it your own!

About Us:
We’re Jess, Mai and Durassiei — Jess works in tech and is a community organiser, Mai is a jewellery designer and Durassie is an actor in physical theatre and dance. We love a communal approach to living, cooking for each other and sharing meals when possible, and making the space feel like a real home rather than just a place to stay.

It’s a social house with a large living room for entertaining where we can enjoy music, films, and hosting friends occasionally, but it’s also a peaceful and chilled space during the week. There’s a decent-sized kitchen with a dining table, one shared bathroom, and an extra toilet.

We are a mixed house (ethnicities, genders, backgrounds) and hope to find someone to join us who will be comfortable in the space and can contribute to the vibe we’ve developed with each other!

We’re in Stoke Newington, right between Church Street & Newington Green:
•Clissold Park a 5 min walk
•Church Street 10 min walk
•Bus 73 is just outside our house and takes you to Kings Cross and Oxford Circus.
•Nearest stations Canon bury (15 min walk) Dalston Kingsland (17 min walk)
The area has great bus links, a health food store, cafes with gardens, and even a tattoo parlour—what more could you need?
