Unfurnished Double Room available in a spacious shared flat. The flat has 5 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and a shared kitchen/living area with a large sofa, a TV, and a small dining table. One of the bedrooms also has access to a balcony.

3 minute walk from Rectory Road station

Sharing with 5 people in their late 20s (3 women and 2 men, including one couple). We’re a relaxed, friendly group of friends and are looking for someone who’s easygoing, friendly, and tidy. We enjoy spending time together but also value our own space. We work in account management, graphic design, fashion buying, and styling, and there’s usually at least one person working from home during the week.

Rent: £710 per month + bills (approx. £75) = £785 total
Rent is paid on the 1st of each month.
