We have a small double room going in a sunny three bedroom flat in Stoke Newington Commons N16! ☀️
(sun is hiding in the pics but when it is out it is glorious 🤞🏼)

The room comes with built-in cupboard (so extra space) and there will be chance to buy the mattress and desk from the current tenant!
Room is £800 plus bills

The house has got separate kitchen and living room, a lovely balcony, and the bathroom with the there rooms are on the upper floor! We the new tenancy will be bringing more furniture and we are really keen to make the space look and feel like the cosier of homes!

We are next to Stoke Newington commons - a 5/10 minute walk to Stoke Newington overground and plenty of bus routes three minutes away. There is a Morrisons 10 minute walk away and we are 3 minute walk away from Church Street and a Whole Foods.

We are looking for someone to move in from March 9th (can be a bit flexible with the date!)

- Ideally veggie/ vegan
- Ok with pets! We are thinking of getting a cat and there will probably be dogs and cats at the house at times!
