Hello! I am looking for a new flatmate to share a bright and spacious two bedroom flat. The room is South-facing, meaning lots of sunlight -on sunny days!-, quiet and comfortable.

I am a female freelance photographer, communicative, welcoming, respectful and fun.

Some of my values in conviviality are: order and cleanliness, good communication, consideration and kindness.

Location:

- 5 minute walk from Stoke Newington (Overground)

- lively area with cafes, restaurants, haberdashery shops, pubs, charity shops

-many supermarkets and food markets in the area

-surrounded by parks: Clissold Park, Abney Park, Hackney Downs 

-easy commute to central London via Overground and/or Bus 

-nice swims at Clissold Better Gym and West Reservoir Centre; also nice climbs at The Castle Climbing Centre -10min by bike, 15min by bus-.

Accessibility:
The flat is on the 2nd floor -around 50 steps-. There is no lift. It has intercom.

The room is furnished with a bed and chest of drawers, also a small desk is available.
