Double Room Available in Stoke Newington

Hi! I am moving out of this room so looking for someone to replace me here. It is available from the 4th of March but I will be gone by the 2nd so you are free to move in on the 2nd itself.

It is £800 for the room but if used as a shared room it goes down to £400 per person which seems reasonable for the area. Bills are included. However, there is only one double bed but plenty of storage space with two wardrobes and two cupboards (one of which I brought and assembled with my own two hands). Stoke Newington is a beautiful place to live in, especially in the spring and summer. The rest of the household are Indians, mostly from Kerala and speak Malayalam language. There are 2 toilets, one bathroom and a big kitchen shared by the whole house. There is a small backyard that I loved spending time in during the summers.
