Bright & Airy - Double Just Off Stoke Newington

The Room

I’m moving out of my lovely room in Stoke Newington and looking for someone to take over the spot. It’s a really great space—super bright with two big windows that get the best afternoon sun.

Roughly - 123ft²

It’s got high ceilings and plenty of room to breathe; even with a big desk and extra furniture, it still feels spacious. It comes furnished with a double bed, a wardrobe, and a chest of drawers. If you're a plant person, they will absolutely love it here.

I also have a desk which I would be happy to let stay if it wasn't, the same goes for the zebra bedside table.

The House
The house has a really nice, laid-back energy. We’re a friendly bunch who enjoy a catch-up in the kitchen, but we all have our own things going on too, so it’s a peaceful place to come home to. We’re looking for someone like-minded who’s easy-going and happy to keep things tidy and respectful.

The Location
Stokey is a great place to be. We’re tucked away but super close to everything:

Church Street is just around the corner for coffee, pubs, and independent shops.

Clissold Park is a few minutes' walk away—perfect for a bit of green space.

Transport: Loads of buses nearby, and the Overground is within easy walking distance.

Rent: £800

Bills: Around £150

Move-in: 31st March
