Room available in our lovely flat Stoke Newington

We’re renting a double room in a 3-bedroom flat with a separate living room, bathroom, and an extra toilet.
Just an 8-minute walk to Dalston Kingsland and 1 minute to the nearest bus stop.
Rent is £660/month + bills (around £150).

We’re looking for someone preferably in their late 20s to mid 40s, join us in the contract for 6 months to 1 year.

I’m 32, Spanish, and work as a graphic designer in fashion. Sabrina is 41, French, working as head teacher of a cultural centre.

We’d love to find someone social and interested in culture, art, and enjoying the occasional night out — but also tidy, considerate, and respectful of others’ space.
Ideally, someone who’d see the flat as a real home rather than just a place to stay.
