We have a double room available in our beautiful, homey and spacious Stoke Newington home available from the 30th of June.

The bedroom is available to sublet for two months. It comes furnished with a double bed (inc. bedding) drawers and wardrobe and is £786 per month with all bills included (water, electricity, council tax, internet etc.).

The room has a lovely view of the backyard and there is plenty of room for storage.

The house has three stories (big!) and has many great amenities including a large living / dining room and kitchen, it also has a separate toilet downstairs and a courtyard (perfect for summer).

The place is located in a very quiet area nestled behind Abney Park. It is a 3 minute walk to Stoke Newington Overground Station and the 67, 76, 106, 149, 243, 476 busses all run from the bus stop outside the station.

The house is a 5 minute walk away from a large Morrisons and a 15 minute walk from Clissold Park and Leisure Centre. It’s also in a perfect location to enjoy all the things Dalston and Hackney have to offer.

We’re seeking another professional who is sociable, clean and enjoys a chat in the kitchen and the odd dinner or movie together, as well as time on their own.
