The Flat

I’m looking for someone to join me in my lovely, recently renovated flat in Stoke Newington. The flat is south facing with a floor to ceiling window in the living space which lets it loads of natural light. Kitchen and living area is open plan and a lovely space to cook or chill in. Flat is up two flights of stairs for accessibility.

The Room

Room comes with a double ottoman bed for more storage and the drawers/clothes rail as in the pictures. There is space for a small desk if needing to work from home, but would better suit someone not needing to work from home every day. There is a parking spot for a bit extra if you need

The Location

The building is on a quiet residential street with loads of amenities on the doorstep - there is a farmers market every Saturday a couple mins away and loads of great bars and cafes in Stokey and Dalston within easy walking distance. Church Street with its independent shops and pubs along with Abney Park, Clissold Park and Hackney Downs are all a 10/15 minute walk.

- Dalston Kingsland (Mildmay Line), Dalston Junction (Windrush Line) - 15 minutes walk
- 24-hour buses from the high street - 1 minute walk

Me

I moved in recently and love it here! I'm a young professional working in sustainability, keeping busy through running, gym, meeting friends etc, and cycle in the office most days. I’m queer, vegetarian, and enjoying exploring more of the cafes and markets around the flat. Looking for someone to share the space with who has good energy and enjoys a chilled home but also up for some drinks and a natter.
