A spacious double bedroom in a 4-bedroom house

We have a double bedroom available in our spacious, sunlit, and beautiful home in Stoke Newington (N16), available from 1st May.

About the room and the house:

The room is extremely spacious and bright (despite the pictures being taken in the evening, lol), with views over the back gardens. It also comes with a very large storage unit. The room is partially furnished, including a bed frame, mattress, desk, and built-in closet.

The flat is split over three floors, with this room located on the top floor (so there’s a real sense of privacy!). It also features a large kitchen, as well as a separate toilet and bathroom.

The house is extremely well connected: it’s only a 5-minute walk from both Stoke Newington and Rectory Road Overground stations, with multiple bus routes right outside the house.

About us:

We’re three professionals in our late 20s. Julia (27) is a researcher, consultant, and craftsperson; Joshua (27) is a freelance fashion designer; and I (27) am a professional chef. We all lead fairly busy day-to-day lives, but as we’ve been friends for over three years, we make time to get together—whether that’s sharing a meal, watching a movie, visiting a gallery, or just having a chat in the kitchen.

This is a queer household, and it’d be great if we can find someone we all feel comfortable around. Ideally, we’re looking for someone to share our home with long term.

We’re planning to hold viewings on Sundays and Mondays over the next couple of weeks, but feel free to get in touch if those days don’t work for you—we’ll do our best to make it work.

The rent is £920 per month, with bills coming to around £100.

The move-in date is 1st May 2026.
