Large room in great Stoke Newington house share

Hi!



After a great (9!) years in this amazing house share, it’s time to let someone else have a go!



Ideally located in-between Dalston, Stoke Newington and around the corner from Hackney Downs green space, this large double in a chill house share is a real gem. 



You’ll have three other housemates, all working interesting jobs with typically busy London lives.

The house itself is spacious, set over three floors; it feels private if you need a place to retreat but also welcoming if you want to hang out in the communal spaces. 


There’s a large living room/kitchen and garden area on the ground floor which is great for hosting dinners or parties if you so wish. I’ll be leaving my speakers and TV to facilitate! 

Your room would be on the first floor along with the another room and the downstairs toilet/bathroom.

Upstairs there’s two other bedrooms and the shower. We rarely have issues with usage as everyone is respectful of each others time.

There’s a cleaner that comes once every two weeks that keeps the communal areas spic and span.

The room is lived in, and could do with some brightening up which I didn’t have time to do when I first moved in (or didn’t feel like I needed to do?!). But it will be cleared and professionally cleaned before I leave. 


It came basically unfurnished apart from a single chest of drawers and bedside table. The good news is I brought a bed and a bit more storage space which I can leave if you so wish (it’s a great bed and new mattress a few years ago - very comfy!)



The landladies are very communicative and fix things as and when. Everything works!
