The flat is shared with me and my friendly dog, Bernie, so you’ll need to be a dog lover 🐾
The room comes with its own private bathroom for your sole use (just not directly en suite), giving you extra comfort and privacy.
Great location with both Stoke Newington and Rectory Road stations just a short walk away, making commuting easy.

Close to Stoke Newington Church St, Dalston Junction, Dalston Kingsland and with plenty of nice coffee shops and pubs nearby.

Rent: £950 per month (including bills).
The rent has been reduced to reflect that the kitchen is currently being renovated and is not yet fully installed. In the meantime, there is an induction hob and air fryer available for cooking.

About me: young professional (a retired solicitor now working as a personal trainer). Considerate, super tidy and often working or out and about. It's a pretty quiet and laid back household, no parties or late nights. Happy to chat, share a meal or be a gym partner, but otherwise mostly quite busy working!
