The apartment is a short walk from Stoke Newington High Street and just around the corner from Rectory Road station.
The flat has a shared bathroom, living room and kitchen.
Base rent is £1050 + bills which are usually around £150/month in council tax band B.
You'll be living with Patrick (26M), who's a barista, pianist, all round great guy and great housemate.
Looking for a friendly, clean person to take over the room, musicians and creatives preferred. Please get in touch with a bit about yourself and I'll put you in touch with Patrick to organise a viewing.
