Cheap room in Stoke Newington

I’m looking for a new flatmate to sign the lease on this property after a recent drop out.

It’s a two bedroom flat with shared kitchen and bathroom only.

The place has the potential to be a lot cuter, the rooms are spacious. And it will be cleaned and refreshed before we’re moving in.

I’m looking preferably for a female flatmate, lgbtqa+ very welcome, I want someone who’s very clean and tidy - it’s very important to me. Also, someone who wants to make the place as welcoming and cute as possible.

You’ll be living with me, and my sweet cat Merlin!

I have a busy life, but I would love to find someone who’s not a stranger but who wants to make this place a home - have dinner once in a while or just a catch up in the kitchen etc… a big plus if you’re a musician, or a creative!
