Ensuite room near Clissold Park – short let

I’m subletting my bright ensuite room in a penthouse flat while I’m away for a couple of months. Looking for someone for around 3–8 weeks, ideally closer to 2 months if it works.

The flat is right next to Clissold Park and within walking distance of Stoke Newington, Newington Green and Highbury & Islington. Lots of cafes, restaurants and good transport links nearby.

The living space is open-plan with big windows, loads of natural light and great views across London, plus a south-facing balcony.

The room itself is bright with two windows (one opening onto the balcony), an ensuite bathroom, plenty of storage and a desk, so it works well if you’re working from home.

You’d be sharing with one other person (30, professional). It’s a calm, tidy and respectful flat.
