Your Room:

• Unfurnished (one large clothing cupboard and I built storage included)
• The rest of the house comes furnished
Location:
• 5 minute walk to Newington Green with great cafes, pubs, and bus access to most of London
• Less than 10 minute walk to Dalston Kingsland & Dalston Junction for Overground lines
• Tesco Express less than 50 metres away!
Costs:
• Rent: £1,125 per month
• Deposit: TBC
• Bills: around £170/month (includes council tax, utilities, internet etc.)
