Located in Stoke Newington, near the station. Very large, peaceful and sunny on top floor with a huge wraparound balcony, where there's space for gardening, there is a picnic table etc.

There is an open plan kitchen (with all the appliances you'd need, two sinks), table and living room with a sofa bed.

Living with two girls in their 30s (one English, one Australian) who are really good friends and often hang out, and the flat has a really homely, chilled vibe.

The room is v large with an en-suite with shower. It has lots of natural light and its own access to the balcony. The room is unfurnished, but I'd be selling the bed, drawers, clothes rail.
