Hi! I’m Salvatore, and I’m sadly leaving my lovely and cozy double room in our house in the heart of Stoke Newington as I’m moving in with my boyfriend.

The room will be available from 1st July, with some flexibility on the moving date.

We’re in a beautiful, quiet location just 2 minutes from Church Street, with everything you need nearby:

10 min walk to Clissold Park
10 min to Rectory Road Overground & Stoke Newington Overground
15 min to Dalston Kingsland

The house has a great vibe, a large garden perfect for BBQs and after-work drinks, and a cozy shared living space.

A bright and comfortable double room, coming with:

Desk and chair

👥 The flatmates

You’ll be living with:

Dan, working in business
Jude, a teacher
Todd, working in architecture/design

All very friendly, sociable, and easy-going—we enjoy spending time together but also respect each other’s space.

💰 Rent
£700 rent
~£100 bills/per person (council tax, broadband, energy and water)
Total: around £800/month

Honestly, it’s a great price for the area and the house.

We’re looking for someone tidy, respectful, and easy to live with, who will enjoy the good atmosphere we’ve built here.
