Bright room in Stoke Newington

We are currently looking for a new flatmate to join a house of three girls. We're a five minute walk from Stoke Newington Station, near Church Street and lots of green spaces. We have a separate kitchen/diner and living room and the space is very light, with a patio out front.

We live on three floors with two rooms on each floor - there's a bathroom on both floors and a downstairs toilet.

A bit about us: Elizabeth is 31 and works in the creative industry, Bea is 30 and works in academia and Takiyah 29 also works in the creative industry. We really love hanging out together in the flat when we can, but we all lead very busy lives.

We are looking for someone of a similar age (29-34), all genders welcome. We are very tidy as a house and respectful of noise so would love to find someone who feels similarly. We have people over, but it’s not a party house.

It’s a private property owned by the landlord who is very attentive and contactable.

Rent is £700 a month plus bills, which includes a cleaner who comes fortnightly. All in it comes to around £870.

We’re planning to hold viewings in the evening on Tuesday 9th June and Wednesday 10th June. Move in is 13th July.
