Double room available in Stoke Newington

Hi there,

We are looking for a new flatmate to take over the double room in a 4 bedroom house in Stoke Newington, as our current flatmate is moving abroad.

The house has an open big kitchen/living room space, a lounge, a laundry room, 4 bedrooms and two bathrooms. The available room is on the 2nd floor and you'll share one of the bathrooms with only one of us. The room is partially furnished (a wardrobe and a double bed.)

The house is located on a quiet residential street, very close to Clissold Park and Church Street, where you'll find a lot of shops, cafes, pubs and restaurants. Newington Green is also nearby.

The closest overground is 15 minutes walk (Canonbury Station) and the nearest underground is 20 minutes walk (Manor House station) or Finsbury Park, also a 20 minute walk away. We are surrounded by bus stops (141, 341, 73, 393, 476).

Current flatmates are two female and one male who have been in London quite a while. Please we aware one of us works hybrid, and the other two also often work from home. We have a good dynamic in the house, we are quite independent with our own social life, but we're also up for a glass of wine and a shared meal.

We are looking for a new flatmate who is considerate, easy going, clean and tidy (important!). Equally, we're looking for someone fun, positive and sociable who's happy to have a drink with us once in a while.

*The room is already available.

*The rent is £750 per month including all bills (water, electricity, gas, internet and council tax).

*The deposit is £750.
