Hi, I’m Michelle 👋
I’m a 46-year-old professional fulltime office based and I’m looking for a like-minded flat mate to share a lovely home in the heart of Stoke Newington, right on vibrant Church Street. The area has a real village feel, with fantastic cafés, shops, and green spaces, while still being just minutes from Dalston, Islington, and excellent transport links into central London and the City.
This is a joint tenancy starting 02/08/2026, offering a great opportunity to truly make the space your own. The shared areas (lounge and kitchen) are fully furnished with a warm, homely feel, but there’s plenty of scope for us to add our own personal style together.
The flat is on the first floor, and the available bedroom is unfurnished (although my current flat mate may be open to selling her bed and wardrobe if needed). It is a large single.
One of the standout features is a beautiful roof terrace, accessed through my bedroom. Because of this, I’m looking for someone who is comfortable with that arrangement and values a respectful, easy-going living dynamic. I’ve lived here for five years and have a great relationship with both the landlords and neighbours—it’s a really friendly and settled environment.
