Room available in spacious Stoke Newington flat

Hello, we have a double room available in our lovely Stokey Flat available from the 15th of July 2026.

The flat is two-storey with a backyard and just a 5 minute walk away from Rectory Road Overground, a short walk away from Church Street with plenty of pubs, cafes to choose from, aswell as being close to loads of buses that go to down to busy Dalston and the city.

Your room would be on the ground floor overlooking the garden which gets lots of sunshine. The room comes furnished with clothes rail and chest of drawers.

You’ll be living with two girls, Lorna (32) fashion stylist and Shadi (29) filmmaker. We’ve become good mates since living together always down for a chat when we have the energy, but both of our jobs can be demanding, so we also value our own space/alone time. We are definitely not a party house but enjoy having friends over for dinner/drinks every once in a while. We like to keep the house pretty clean and tidy so would like someone who feels the same. Bonus points if you enjoy astrology, pop culture, fashion or film.

Ideally were looking for another female preferably close to age, who’s tidy, considerate and easy-going, and ideally doesn’t work from home, as there’s no space for a desk in the bedroom.

Rent is £781.67/month, bills approx £140/month.
