Summer Sublet in Stoke Newington – Available Mid/End of July to End of August (Flexible Dates)

I'm looking for a respectful and tidy person to sublet my room while I'm travelling this summer.

📍 Location: Stoke Newington, just a 5-minute walk from Clissold Park.

🏡 The Flat: A lovely 2-bedroom flat in a great area, close to cafés, shops, and green spaces.

👩‍💼 Flatmate: You'll be sharing with Pooja, my friend and flatmate. She's a lawyer and is usually in the office 4 days a week, so the flat is generally calm and quiet during the day.

🛏️ The Room: Fully furnished and available for approximately one month. Dates are flexible, but I'm currently planning to be away from mid/end of July until the end of August.

💷 Rent: £900 for the month. (bills included)

I'm looking for someone considerate, clean and respectful who will enjoy the space and take good care of it.
