Beautiful room in Stoke Newington

We have a bright, lovely room for rent in a beautiful terraced house, just off Church Street in Stoke Newington. It’s a four bed house, and the room is both extremely light and has lovely views onto our green garden. The house has a huge sitting/dining room and separate kitchen, so loads of space to spread out if you wfh. There are 2 bathrooms and loads of storage around the place.

You’d be living with Chloe, libby and me. We’re late 20s, early 30s and super friendly - always up for chat in kitchen / pint at the auld shillelagh! Rosa is an Art Teacher, so out of the house a lot, Chloe and Libby mix between being in the office / wfh. We also have our own thing going on, and get the importance of personal space and independent lives etc. This is not a party house, but we’re really chilled about friends coming over for dinners etc.

We’re looking for professionals, no couples or pets. It’s a really gorgeous house, and we want someone who will help keep it clean, and muck in with the gardening from time to time!

The house is in a truly amazing location, just 10 mins walk to beautiful Clissold Park and all the joys of Dalston just on your doorstep. In terms of transport, only 5 mins walk to bus which takes you straight to oxford circus // 10 mins walk to Stoke Newington overground straight into Liverpool street // 15 mins bus to Seven Sisters and the Victoria line.

The room is available from 17th august, but we have some flexibility with this. We’re looking for someone who is interested long term - ideally one year minimum. There is some flexibility with the furnishings.

The deposit is £1200 - unfortunately can’t specify this in the actual listing, but it’s calculated according to the overall value of the house. It will be fully protected on the deposit protection scheme.
