Unfurnished double room in Stokey

Unfurnished Double Room available in a spacious shared flat. The flat is across the entire house (with our landlady living in the basement flat) has 5 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and a shared kitchen/living area with a large sofa, a TV, and a small dining table. One of the bedrooms also has access to a south facing balcony.

3 minute walk from Rectory Road station.

Sharing with 5 people in their late 20s (4 women and 1 guy, including one couple). We’re a relaxed, fun group of friends and are looking for someone who’s easygoing, friendly, and tidy. We enjoy spending time together but also value our own space. We work in account management (Nadia), graphic design (Imogen + Fin), production (Rhiannon), and styling (Yaz). There’s usually at least one person working from home during the week.

Rent: £710 per month + bills (approx. £75) = £785 total
Rent is paid on the 1st of each month.

Everyone has been in the house for up to 6 years and a few are now moving onto their own places this summer. This means we'll have another 2 bedrooms available from September 1st.

Nadia's is the same size and price as this one, the second is Imogen + Fin's room which is twice the size, so rent will be £1160. Gutted to see my mates move on but buzzing for their next chapters. Because of this, it's really important to us to recreate a similar vibe in the house where we're more friends watching tv and down for the pub every now n then rather than another random housemate. No short-term lets pls!

We'll arrange viewings for the second week of July where you can meet myself and Rhiannon (since Nadia, Imo + Fin are leaving soon too).
