Hello! My flatmate is moving out so I’m looking for a replacement tenant for our gorgeous 2 bed Stokey basement flat. Dream location, minutes from Church Street and Clissold Park with so many independent cafes/restaurants/bars/ pubs near by!

Move in date from Sept 1st (can be slightly flexible)

About the flat:

- 2 double bedroom 1 bathroom basement flat
- Location between Newington Green and Clissold Park
- The flat was fully unfurnished when we moved in (aside from the bedroom wardrobes) and my flatmate will be taking her bedroom furniture including her bed
- New bedroom carpet fitted just last year
- Small concrete garden (which your room backs directly onto)
- Bedroom gets lots of natural light
- Large open kitchen/ living room area
- Bus stop is right outside
- Cannonbury, Rectory Road and Stoke Newington overground stations all around a 15-20 min walk away

Costs:

- Rent is £1225 pcm excluding bills
- Bills are roughly £150 pcm
- Deposit is £1326

Me:

I’ve lived here for 1.5 years and really love the flat/area. I’m 30 and work in interior design sales usually doing 1 day remote, ideally looking for someone with a similar work schedule. I’m often out and about with busy evenings and weekends so love downtime in the flat and keeping it quite peaceful! I enjoy all the typical things - cooking, trying new restaurants/bars, pilates & yoga, walking everywhere and half heartedly trying to get into running and tennis.

The flat is rented through an agency. Sorry no couples, students, or fully remote workers!
