The kitchen leads into a small paved garden at the back of the house. There's a main bathroom with bath, shower and toilet upstairs and a separate toilet downstairs. The house also has WiFi.
Rent includes the following bills: gas, electricity, water, broadband (WiFi), council tax.
LOCAL AREA: Stoke Newington High Street & Stoke Newington Church Street with their restaurants, bars and shops are just a short 5-minute walk away.
Funky Dalston is just 15 mins away with even more places to eat and drink.
For fresh food, the weekly farmers market is only 3-mins away and usually held on Saturdays. Nearest train stations: Stoke Newington / Rectory Road .
