Super cheap, short term sublet in Stoke Newington

We're looking for someone to sublet for 2 months before our new flat mate can move in. Mid-July - Mid-September.

The room is super cosy, and gets great light all day. It's small, but you also have the space on the landing for a wardrobe and a desk to work at if you need.

We're a friendly house of 29-30y/o artists with day jobs at local charities, hotels and arts organisations. We love a chat but also respect each others' privacy and down time. It's important to us that our home is calm, and clean and a place to really rest in the business of London.

The area is really wonderful (the cheap rent is really a blessing) - with short walks to Hackney Downs, Butterfield Park, Clissold and Abney Cemetary. So much good food, and lots of greeeaat pubs.
