Large en-suite room with a balcony

Located in Stoke Newington, near the station. Very large, peaceful and sunny on top floor with a huge wraparound balcony, where there's space for gardening, there is a picnic table etc.

There is an open plan kitchen (with all the appliances you'd need, two sinks), table and living room with a sofa bed.

Living with two girls in their 30s (one English, one Australian) who are really good friends and often hang out, and the flat has a really homely, chilled vibe. females preferred and ideally 27 and over.

The room is v large with an en-suite with shower. It has lots of natural light and its own access to the balcony. The room is unfurnished, but I'd be selling the bed, drawers, clothes rail for very cheap as I’m moving abroad.
