Current Tenants:
Would be living with 3 female professionals, all super nice and in their late 20s/early 30s who work in graphic design, film PR and hospitality. We are looking for someone who is friendly, relaxed, clean and considerate :) We all have our own thing going on but like to chat in the kitchen occasionally and generally enjoy socialising, reading, music, film and trying all the great coffee spots in the area! Please note that whilst the kitchen is spacious, there is no living room.

The flat is on a leafy residential road, only 20 minutes to Liverpool Street. The flat is well maintained and the kitchen is super modern, with a washer dryer, and dishwasher. The flat has two storeys, 4 bedrooms (including this one), and 3 bathrooms. The pictured bathroom is the one available to the future tenant, which is the largest of the 3, includes a shower/bath, lots of storage, and is shared with only one other. There is a front patio, which the bedroom looks onto, and a sunny private back garden with lots of seating.
