Lovely Double Room in Stoke Newington

Hi! Our housemate Diego is moving out of his spacious room in a really lovely house share and hoping to find someone great to take it on.

You'd be living with Asad, Rob and Daniel. We're going to be newly living together but we’re all social, have spoken about cooking together/sharing meals etc and watching the odd movie in the living room or go to the pub occasionally.

Everyone has also got their own life and they're super respectful of each other's space. It's a flatshare we want everyone to feel at home in, and we're looking for someone to keep that vibe.

Rob edits a medical journal and moves in in early Sept. Asad is a journalist and originally from Manchester and has been living here for a few years with various friends/spareroomers, and Daniel will be moving in to the flat in August.

The flat

Spacious throughout, with a large living room (TV, sofas, the works)
Large private south-facing garden that gets sun all day which is great in the summer.

The room itself is very large. Comes part furnished with a bed, desk and chair, and we can probably move a wardrobe in from another room.

We've got a good relationship with the landlord and the house is well looked after, as aforementioned Asad's been here years and gets on with the agents who generally sort things fairly quickly.

Rent is £800, bills come out to another £100 or so, and deposit £750.

Getting around

Stoke Newington Overground is a 12 min walk, Stamford Hill 7 min. Seven Sisters is a 10 min bus north, and buses to Dalston or London Bridge go from the end of the road.

Church Street is a 10 min walk, Dalston is a 20 min bus and easy to get to.
