Double room w patio - Stoke Newington

Bright, modern 3-bedroom apartment with live-in landlady and one other female (23) We're looking for a responsible, respectful and tidy male or female lodger who wants to feel at home and is easy going. Minimum stay 6 months, ideally 1-2 years. The double room shares a spacious bathroom and the room has direct access to a patio garden. Kitchen and living room are shared, and we enjoy a friendly home — sometimes sharing food or spending a relaxed evening together. Bills are included except for shared housekeeping items, which we take turns to buy. Our area is very safe, close to Clissold Park and Stoke Newington cafés, is well connected with buses to King’s Cross and London Bridge. Nearest tubes: Dalston- Canonbury - Manor House - I Airbnb my own room occasionally when I travel, but it has its own ensuite, so it won't affect your space or routine. Please note: we are looking for someone who does not work from home. Room available from 10 of September Also although we don’t have a dog or cat we sometimes dog seat a greyhound and a cat seems to have adopted us this summer. Both have other homes 😆
