Bright south facing room to let in Stokey/Dalston

Hello!

We have a lovely room coming available in our 5-bed house in Stoke Newington/dalston :)
Looking for someone to move in from the 1st of September!

The house has a decent sized kitchen, living room and garden, with one large bathroom and a separate toilet.
The room comes unfurnished, but our flatmate who is leaving is looking to sell the bed (to be discussed with her)

You’ll be living with 2 guys and 2 girls in their 30s. We sometimes have dinner or go to the pub together but also all have our separate things going on.
I arrived last november, and I love living here, it's very chill and I also appreciate that everyone is very respectful of everyone's space. The house is quiet in general and we all get along but also you could easily have a day to yourself just occasionally bumping into someone.

We would like to find someone of a similar age, sociable, clean, tidy, respectful, down to chat and get to know us :)

Also looking for someone who wants to stay long term / no short lets

The room is £770, plus bills which comes to about £150 (including everything plus a fortnightly cleaner) deposit is £770
The landlord lives next door and is very nice and responsive. Their cat Jiji often comes into the kitchen for a cuddle.
There is also a bike shed in the garden
