Large room to rent in Stoke Newington two Bed flat

Lovely 2 bed flat in Stoke Newington. Large room to rent for one person, some minimal furnishing (bed, mattress, desk, place to hang clothes, basic drawers/shelves. Living room is furnished, relatively spacious, which opens onto a very large south facing balcony (with 2 sunloungers) surrounded by trees. Relatively small kitchen and a bathroom with bath and shower. Whole flat has lots of natural light. Current Flatmate is about to move out so looking for someone to move in as soon as possible.

About me/what I'm looking for:
I'm quite relaxed and not a messy person, the flat is generally pretty clean but I'm also not a "clean freak". Generally do most of my own cleaning and occasionally get a cleaner in. Really not a fan of conflict and happy to be a bit flexible, want someone similar who's able to raise issues politely and talk through things if needed. E. g. not freak out if asked to do your washing up or replace something that gets broken etc. Just the basics really. I also don't want someone who plays a lot of loud music/makes loads of noise, obviously some is fine, I'm fairly chilled. Generally the walls are pretty thick which is good and the neighbourhood is relatively quiet.

I work as a psychologist and university lecturer, WFH 2-3 days/week. I'd say I'm a friendly, sociable and respectful person and definitely up for getting coffee, going to the pub or gym together etc if we get on well (no pressure though).
