Newly decorated double room in beautiful home

We have a furnished double room with en-suite available from October 1st. Our previous tenant left for her own apartment after 17 years. We will be redecorating, laying a new carpet and purchasing a new bed before October 1st. We are a gay male couple with one other tenant, and she has been with us 20 years.
We have 2 Pembroke corgis.
We are a quiet household and are looking for a professional who is quiet, respectful and a nice person who is happy to occasionally help with our corgis if we are out or away, be tidy and respectful. We really don't often entertain but might occasionally arrange a dinner party. I have a company where I look after UHNW clients internationally, my husband works for Virgin Atlantic and our tenant is a lawyer. We look after the house and garden and take care of all household bills, window cleaning and et cetera but would expect our new tenant to be clean, tidy and clean up after themselves We have a fully equipped kitchen, basement laundry with 2 machines, excellent WiFi and a lovely garden.
