Room available in a 5-bed Stoke Newington house

Hello!

We are looking for a lovely new housemate to join us in our 5-bedroom Victorian terrace home right by Stoke Newington Overground station.

Its a very spacious and homely place, with a garden and bbq. You will be living with 4 of us housemates - 3 of us Kat, Chase and Sophie already live here are good friends and Chantelle is joining us on 1st September, through a friend of a friend! :)

We want to keep up the family/ community vibe of the house. We all have our own friends and hobbies but spend time together when we’re free watching TV, grabbing coffee or having dinner.

You will have 2 rooms to yourself. One room fits a double bed and the other is an office space that you can use however you like. The office space is unfurnished, and in the bedroom is only the bed will remain.

All the bills are included (water, gas, electricity, internet, council tax), and our rent last went up in April so will be fixed at least till April 2027.

The rooms are available from the 1st September, and we are looking for someone who can ideally move in for then. We are likely to prioritise any lovely folks who can suit that timescale. However the absolute latest we want to have someone move in is by 17th September.

A bit about us:
Kat, 31, she/they, into DJing and galleries are my vibe, also like balancing going out and dancing with friends with long walks, dinners, cafe reading, and seeing family. Working freelance in the non-profit sector, mainly climate-related.
Sophie, 33, she/her loves trying new crafty hobbies and running to the wetlands/Cemetary for a nature fix. Works from the office 4 days a week managing workspaces - looking for a more creative career path
Chase, 31, he/him, often found reading in cafes on Church Street, at boxing class or working on a new sewing project. Out and about in London a lot and works in tech in the office 5 days a week.
Chantalle - new housemate incoming, NHS worker, also interested in music.

Spareroom doesn't let us post a link, but we are managing all room enquiries through a google form. Please DM me if you want me to send you the form to fill out, no need to give lots of info in your message prior to the form (as you'll need to write it in the form anyway!). This just takes the load off of us having to coordinate lots of people. We also have a doc with more detail on the room I can send you. Thankyou :)
