We have a lovely small double room available in our house in the heart of Stoke Newington. We are a house of professionals all working in different sectors across, Film, Charity and Restaurants. We all have busy social lives but do enjoy spending time together when our schedules allow for it!
We are looking for someone who is working full time ideally not from home as we try and keep our living spaces work free so everyone can use them whenever they would like.
Someone who will fit in nicely the house and also has their own social life going on. Ideally someone who is clean and cares about communal spaces. We have a lovely open plan kitchen dining area and living room. One full bathroom and a toilet and a lovely garden which has been a saviour this summer!
Bills are an additional 100 - 130 per month depending on the season including a cleaner. We are on council tax band c.
