My flatmate Minael and I are moving out of our lovely four bed flatshare in Stokey (😢). There will be two double rooms going from the 27th September. Drop me a message if you’re interested with a little info about yourself and we can arrange a viewing / chat! ☺️

The Flat:

- Four bedrooms, two bathrooms, garden, conservatory, and driveway

- Great location in Stoke Newington, 2 mins from Clissold Park and 5 min walk to Church Street. The 106 stops right outside and takes 5 mins to Finsbury Park, 15 min walk to Stoke Newington overground and 20 min walk to Finsbury Park without the bus (also near Canonbury overground, 141, 341 and loads of busses on Stoke Newington high street)

- Easy bike storage in the conservatory

The Rooms:

- One large double with two big windows, comes furnished, and large storage cupboard. V spacious
- One small(er!) double also furnished

Rent:

- Rent for the larger room is £984pcm (incl ALL bills) and for the smaller room is £944pcm (incl ALL bills)

- Deposit is £656

Flatmates:

- You will be living with:

Jasmine (27), a PHD student in medieval history, partial to swimming, walking, and documentaries.

Remy (27), who works in governance and loves hiking, cooking, and having a boogie.

- The flat is pretty social with an open plan living room and kitchen area, though the bedrooms are closed off from the rest of the flat so can balance the social element with solo time ofc.

- We like to have fun but we’re not a party house by any means - BBQs in the summer, film nights in the winter, pub trips, and occasional nights out

Who we are looking for

- Someone friendly and open to being part of the flat environment. You’ll need to pass standard referencing checks with the landlord’s agent (right to rent, income, etc)

- Not open to couples (v sorry!) as there is not enough space to accommodate 5 people in the flat
