Lovely room in stokey!

Hi There! We have a Room available in our gorgeous Stoke Newington home.

Furnished, the room comes with a comfortable double bed, big chest of drawers and wardrobe. There is also a nice little vintage desk in the room (which can be swapped out if you would like)

The house is roomy and homely, with a courtyard out back for summer hangs and little barbeques (weather allowing). The house has two bathrooms, a washing machine, and a separate living room (with TV and audio system). We're tucked away on a quiet side street, so there's little street noise or traffic despite us being so close to the heart of Stokey and all the great shops, pubs and cafes that it has to offer.

We’re a very welcoming and friendly house - we often watch movies or TV together, do the occasional cook, and play games. That said we all have different schedules, so we rarely clash when it comes to cooking or bathroom use. Current housemates work in the creative sector, healthcare and journalism.

We are looking for someone easygoing but responsible, who is happy to be part of a friendly group and wants to stick around for a while. It's a lovely neighbourhood.

Rent is 840, and we calculate bills on top average a further 135. We have a cleaner who comes fortnightly included in this figure. High speed broadband throughout the house, Amazon, Netflix on the TV.

Location perks:

2-minute walk to Stoke Newington overground station & bus stops.

Short walk to Church Street, packed with cafes, restaurants, and chi chi shops, a plethora of local shops with all manner of global produce, health foods, etc.

A couple of us do yoga at incredible studios nearby - highly recommend! Same goes for gyms!

We also have Netflix, Prime Video, free-to-air TV, and fast internet.

Bills: £135/month each, this includes a kitty for communal items and a cleaner who comes every couple of weeks.
